Location:

Pour:
The 'Sugar Love' pineapple requires moderate watering. It is important that the soil dries out well between waterings, as waterlogging should be avoided to prevent root rot. Water the plant directly into the soil and avoid getting water into the crown of leaves, as this could encourage rot.

Temperatures:
Since this variety is adapted to tropical conditions, it thrives best at temperatures between 20 and 30 °C. Temperatures below 15 °C should be avoided. In colder regions, a sheltered location or keeping it indoors during the winter months is required.

Substrate:

Fertilization:
During the growing season (spring and summer), the plant should be fed with a balanced liquid fertilizer (NPK 10-10-10) every two weeks to promote healthy leaf growth and the formation of sweet fruits. In autumn and winter, fertilization can be reduced to once a month.

Repotting:
If you grow the 'Sugar Love' pineapple in a pot, it is important to repot it every 2-3 years to ensure that the roots have enough space. Make sure to choose a pot with drainage holes to avoid waterlogging.
